Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or U.S. holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method you select.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout. Most U.S. orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Delays

House of Elixirs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or you believe your package has been lost, please contact us at houseofelixirs26@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was received.
